Smaart Online Lab: System Alignment (ReLePT)

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Smaart is a powerful tool in the alignment and optimization of sound systems. This lab steps through the alignment process and Rational Acoustics’ “ReLePT” methodology (Response, Level, Polarity, Time) for navigating that process

ABOUT SMAART ONLINE LAB SESSIONS

Smaart Online Lab Sessions are in-depth presentations on select topics building upon the foundation established from the Smaart Operator Fundamentals course content. These sessions include demonstrations and in-depth discussions on the chosen topic. Each session will run between 90 minutes and 2 hours. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 8 attendees to enhance direct student-instructor interaction.

Smaart Online Lab Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Registered attendees will be emailed a session link and password, along with instructions for joining the session, approximately 48 hours prior to the session start time. Please be sure your computer and internet connection meet Zoom’s minimum system requirements and that your webcam and microphone are working prior to joining the session. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to attendee computer problems.

Smaart Online Lab Sessions are conducted live, and the sessions will not be archived for later viewing. Please be sure you are available to attend the session in-person prior to registering.

PREREQUISITES

Smaart Operator Level 1 Certification is REQUIRED to attend this Smaart Online Lab Level 2 session. For information about obtaining Smaart Level 1 Certification, click HERE.
